Description
The Nitro Express 2.0 is a flat out steel racing machine. It is built with Columbus’ top end Niobium Spirit tubing. The primary tubes for triple butted Spirit tubing are drawn to 0.5 mm on the ends down to 0.38 mm in the center of the tubes. This gives an extremely lightweight steel frame that is both stiff and comfortable, making this an exceptional steel racing bicycle for all. The Niobium alloy used with Spirit increases the frames resistance to environmental elements. The new Nitro Express 2.0 version has been upgraded to a sloping top tube for a lower stand over height. In addition, the head tube is now an integrated head tube for a more modern look and opening up for many head set options.
The Nitro Express sports an 1 1/8″ headtube.
The Nitro Express features the Torelli Paint-On-Order program that enables custom color selection, paint scheme and decal setup. Custom chrome options are also available.

The Torelli Nitro Express 2.0 is built from Columbus Spirit triple-butted steel tubes. The top tube and down tube are drawn from 0.5 mm down to 0.38 mm wall thickness. The tubing makes for an extremely light and quick frame. The Niobium gives the frame advanced corrosion resistance. In this last year we have upgraded the geometry to be a modern sloping top tube therefore lowering the stand over. Additionally the use of an integrated head tube enables the use of many of the more modern headsets.
